RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not
completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund an
exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in be
in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS

obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the
item securely in its original packaging and mail your return following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that
you use a trackable method to mall your return to us. There will be no shipping charge for a
replacement item if the goods were damaged and a replacement is being sort.

Domestic Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on
weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be
delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Shipping charges will be displayed at the point of sale on our website and will be varied
depending on the size and weigh of the parcel. On completing your order, you are agreeing
to pay these postage costs.
If you are based overseas please email us first to check that we can post to you and what
the carrier and postal costs would be.
